What's involved
- On the phone, I'll help you find your stopcock and turn the water off.
- I find the source of the leak and make a safe repair.
- If the repair needs more time or parts, I'll make it safe first and agree a time to finish.

Questions
Where is my stopcock?
Usually under the kitchen sink. It can also be in a downstairs toilet, under the stairs, or where the water pipe comes into the house. Turn it clockwise to shut it off.
What hours do you work?
Monday to Saturday, 8am to 8pm.
Water is coming through the ceiling. What should I do?
Turn off the water at the stopcock, and turn off the electrics for that area at the fuse box if water is near lights or sockets. Then call me.
